Horses are regal creatures. When they are fully outfitted to pull a military cortege, they are a powerful symbol in a military ceremony. Marching alongside soldiers, they are symbols of the ideals that Americans strive for, justice and freedom, ideals obtained through sacrifice.

Materials: cotton and poly spandex fabric, cotton and polyester threads

Techniques: raw edge appliqué, free motion quilting
